Slim Trim Recipes

Ingredients:

1 tbsp Tbsp. ground flaxseeds ( or whole psyllium husks)

1 tbsp oat flour

1/2 scoop Vanilla whey protein

1/3 cup egg whites

Instructions:

Heat a large pan on medium to low heat. Spray to coat with a low-cal spray or coconut oil

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk til combined.

Pour the batter into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook an additional minute.

Filling option:

Grilled chicken breast, shredded lettuce, cherry tomatoes, avocado, a dash of Greek Yogurt and splash of lemon juice. Or whatever else you enjoy on your wrap.
