1 medium fresh Banana

2 large Egg whites

0,5 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 tbsp nonfat Milk(or lite coconut milk or milk of your choice)

1 level scoop of *Vanilla Whey Powder(or flavor of your choice, a bland flavor is more versatile)

0,5 tsp ground Cinnamon

a pinch of Natural Sweetener if desired(I have not found the recipe needs this)

*if you have difficulty blending your protein powder use your blender



Heat a small frying pan on medium heat. “Grease” using a cooking spray or alternatively use a nonstick pan.

Blend or mash the banana and milk until well blended. Add your protein powder and blend well.

Once you are happy the protein powder is well dissolved add the rest of your ingredients – egg whites, cinnamon and vanilla.

Pour the batter into your pan, and allow to cook for roughly 2minutes, keep an eye on it and flip it over when it looks firm and cook the other side.

Serve with fresh berries or yogurt and a drizzle of Agave nectar, enjoy!
