1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cups cubed ham (or turkey ham)
1/2 cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons tapioca flour
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
Crust: Combine all crust ingredients. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Bake in 350 degrees F (180 C) oven for 10 minutes.
In large bowl, beat eggs with salt and pepper. Beat in cream.
Stir in the cubed ham, cooked chopped broccoli and grated cheddar cheese.
Pour over crust (if you decide to do one)
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F (200 C). Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (160 C); bake for 20-25 minutes more.
Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before serving.
Serves about 8, serve with a salad.
