Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1,5 cups of sweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  3. Whisk the egg whites until frothy
  4. Add the sugar, mix thoroughly
  5. Mix in the coconut with a spoon
  6. Use a rounded spoon place little piles of cookie dough onto the cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned on top
  8. Allow to cool
