Slim Trim Recipes

Ingredients:

1 lbs. chicken, ground, free-range, organic

1/2 chili pepper, jalapeno, fresh, organic

1/2 tsp. garlic powder, organic

1/2 tsp. cumin powder, organic

1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed, organic

1 avocado, fresh, organic (optional)

4 large lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine chicken, diced jalapeno, and spices.

Mix it up, and divide into 4 equal parts and form patties.

Grill over medium-high heat.

Make a guacamole from the avocado, and spread it on top of the burgers. And “wrap” in a large lettuce leaf.
